This notice governs access to and use of the kosmo website, owned by Ricardo Marini Cuenca. Browsing the site implies full acceptance of these terms as published at the time of access.

kosmo is hospitality management software developed by Ricardo Marini Cuenca under the trading name RIMA Consulting. kosmo is not on sale yet. This site is informational and exists to collect expressions of interest from people who want access when it opens. It is not a shop, it does not allow anything to be purchased or paid for, and the information it contains does not constitute personalised professional advice, nor legal, tax, food-safety or accounting advice for any specific case.

Terms of use

Anyone browsing this site agrees to make proper use of its contents, and not to use them for unlawful activities, activities harmful to third parties, or activities that could damage, disable or overload the site or prevent its normal use.

Access is free and requires no subscription or prior registration. Completing the early access form does require providing certain personal data, whose processing is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this site — text, graphics, images, icons, graphic design, typography, source code and the kosmo software itself — is a work owned by Ricardo Marini Cuenca or by third parties who have authorised its use. No exploitation rights recognised by applicable law are transferred to visitors.

The kosmo name, logo and visual identity belong to Ricardo Marini Cuenca. Third-party trademarks and trade names that may appear belong to their respective owners and are mentioned solely for identification and comparison.

Disclaimer

The owner accepts no liability for damages arising from use of the information on this site, nor for business decisions taken on the basis of it. Information about food-safety rules, tax obligations, deadlines or market conditions is indicative and may vary by region, municipality and moment of consultation; verifying it is the reader's responsibility, or that of the professionals they appoint.
